How do I install a registration JSON file on F-Secure Policy Manager?

Hi I have been given a registatio ntoken for a server with no access to the internet but no instructiions on how to install it.

I have copied it into the Root of the F-Secure folder but still no joy. Anybody know where/how to install the file?
