PM Server Connection Timeout

Hi there i would like to ask some assistant regarding on  our PM Server .

 

Scenario:

the old PM 12.10 server was Currupted because the Physical Server was Damage then we replace with the new server and copy/replace the Management Server 5\data\h2db back up.

 

after that when we try to push/install new client from PM this was the Error pop up..

 

"The Launcher service has reported an error. PM Server connection timeout"

 

can some one give us an idea or solution for this issue..

Following up with your post, did you manage to fix this issue with the Policy Manager push installation? I also found a similar post regarding this error message here.
