F-Secure Client Security 12.10

Hi,

I have checked my Event view logs to check on something else and found 1000's of Errors for F-Secure Client Security 12.10,

Event ID 16

Error while updating F-Secure Client Security 12.10 status to SECURITY_PRODUCT_STATE_ON (error BA060000).

I have checked this on another machine and it is the same, they are both running the Latest Version of Windows 10 Pro 1607 - 14393.10

Any Help would be great/

Hi,

I can confirm that this error is gone after we have installed KB3197356. Client Security is also updated to latest version 12.20.

New version "F-Secure Client Security 12.20" has been published this Monday. It comes with "F-Secure Policy Manager 12.20" for centralized control. See here:

Hi,

We have another user reporting this issue and he did notice, that the problem seems to be gone after updating to Windows 10 Cumulative Update KB3197356 for v1607, which raises the build number to 14393.223.

Is this something you can confirm?

Please open support ticket including an fsdiag from one of the affected machine. so we can investigate this errors better.

Hi,

We have exactly same error in some of our computers. It seems that these machines are working just fine, but it is quite annoying to have these errors in logs

Computers are running W10 Enterprise LTSB 14390

Any help would be nice.
