Cannot see F-Secure client security after installed

Hi support team !

i have export msi file on PM server and diliver to my Laptop. then i have installed F-Secure Client security premium on my laptop, the installation have done and display message notice that i need restart my PC, i did it.

 

But i cannot see the F-Secure software on desktop, start menu (i'm using windown 10 64bit), but i can see it on "Uninstall or change program"

 

on my PM server didn't display host too. pls help to check my issue

    If you have both PM and CS latest version 12.10, you should not experience problems with Windows 10.

    Do you have F-Secure Icon in the taskbar on your Windows 10 machine? If yes, the installation was successful, and most likely the client fails to communicate with Policy Manager over https protocol. Default https port is 443. Make sure that such communication is supported by your infrastructure (firewall, proxy, etc...).

    If you don't have F-Secure Icon in the taskbar, then most likely installation failed for some reason. In that case, please, contact support. We will need more details for investigation.
