Upgrade FSPMS 12.10 => 12.21 : Big problem

My FSPM 12.10 on linux debian work fine :

But after update 12.21.... :

Not possible to connect with Windows Console and Fsecure Client connection problem...

 

I think they are a problem...but why ???

    Hi,

    what debian?
    Check the release notes for supported platforms and releases

    Did you run the config?
    Is any of the ports 80, 443, 8080, 8081 blocked?
    Check with netstat.

    And finally what do you want us to see in those two pictures?
    (I guess you did the 12.10 after rolling back a snapshot?!)

    Debian 8.6 with kernell   : Linux delaunay 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.36-1+deb8u1 (2016-09-03) x86_64 GNU/Linux

     

    Yes after fpms upgrade, i run the config.

     

    Any of the ports are open, my plaforms works with 12.10 since many months and i have not change security configuration.

     

    In 12.21 i have not this line when i do fspms status :

    Yes i used snapshot for rolling back the 12.10 after this Fail upgrade ( Thx Vmware Smiley Very Happy ).

    I guess you have also updated the 32bit libraries as explained in the release notes.

     

    Then you migh have a broken H2DB and fsms has problems upgrading it.

    What is the size of that DB?
    Take a snapshot and run the recovery tool before trying the update.

     

    If still fails open a support case and refer here.

    Yes;  recovery database and now Its ok :)
