How to change PM to other server ?

Hi Support team !

it's me again, i have one other issue need refer you.

I'm using Business Suite product for 30 clients, i haev installed Policy Management in server A

 

Now, i want to change to install Policy Management to server B

could you give me the safe way to do it ?
