What is the meaning of the "unrated site domain"?

Hi Sir,

Our company has a domain using a long term, suddenly 3 days ago it cannot be resolved.

We summited it to the SAS and responding are as follows,

what is the meaning of the "unrated site domain"?

The URL you submitted was blocked by our security product because of unrated site domain.

This is however no longer the case. Our security products have been updated to rate the submitted URL as safe.The updated rating will take effect automatically.

'Unrated Site domain' means that the root domain didn't have any reputation information in our backend, which in some cases can cause a block depending on the product configuration.
