hi,

I have a problem with Outlook addin from Swyx Communicator, every time after the restart PC, when I am opening Outlook I am getting security message from Outlook. Message says that a programm want access to my Address Book, swyxit addin, and it also says that my antivirus is not up-to-date but it seems to be updated. Does someone know any solution how to remove this windows without deactivating "Programmatic Access Security" in Outlook? Problem appear at like 300 machines.

I have already tried with updating F-secure, putting programms in Application Contron in F-Secure and with many GPO's in Windows.

    Hi MiroslawJ,

Can we get a screenshot of the message which says the AV is not up-to-date? Which F-Secure product is installed on these machines?

    Hello MiroslawJ,

F-Secure looks indeed up-to-date. Could it be that the problem is between Swyx addin and Outlook rather than with F-Secure? In practice the Outlook warning message seems to be very generic and mentioning the AV simply as a possibility.

    See this old Microsoft article.

Do you still get the same error with only Swyx(and not F-Secure) in place or only F-Secure (and not Swyx)?

    Hi Ben,

Without Swyx addin I am not getting any error at all, but it doesn't matter if F-Secure is installed or not - the error appears.

Tho I thought F-Secure should give kind of signal to Outlook that there is antivirus and it is up-to-date.
