For products typically administered by F-Secure Policy Manager, keycodes usually don't change within a major version, that is all 12.xx minor versions should have the same keycodes.

 

On the other hand, you likely purchased not from F-Secure Corp. directly, but via a local partner, who provides sales and support services. You could contact them to receive the new keycodes.

My keycodes is in the version of 11.01.157 (expired on Oct 2018) because if I will use that in the 12.11.103 - the keys is invalid. The vendor or local that support us is no longer part with us. So I need the help of this forum. Thank you.,

In addition to the actual keycodea you should also receive a proper certificate including the code for versions 12.
