F-Secure Policy Manger 12.40 taking long time to start

Dear All,

 

When i open F-Secure Policy Manger 12.40 it's taking long time to start.what is the reason for that?if this is a common issue,Please release hotfix.

Have you downloaded and installed the post-release 12.40 Hotfix#1 file (June 14, 2017) from here?
