NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MAIL SITE AFTER CLIENT SECURITY UPGRADE TO 12.31

1. WE ARE FACING ISSUE WITH THE F-SECURE CLIENT SECURITY 12.31. AFTER UPGRADING FROM VERSION 12.00 TO 12.31, MAIL SITE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WE HAVE NOT CHANGED ANY FIREWALL RULES OR SERVICES. BUT WHEN WE ARE DEGRADING IT TO 12.00 ALL SITES ARE WORKING NORMALLY.
2. WHEN WE RESTART THE PC HAVING CLIENT SECURITY 12.31 IT TAKES LOT OF TIME TO RESTART.
3. WHEN WE APPLY NEW RULE ON THE DEFINED FIREWALL RULES, AS ADD BEFORE AND ALLOW ALL TRAFFIC THEN THE MAIL SITE WORKS NORMAL.
4. WE HAVE ALSO TRIED TO ADD SERVICES LIKE HTTP, HTTPS, ICMP, POP3, SMTP, IMAP, BUT THE ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
5. WE ARE USING MICROSOFT EXCHANGE SERVER 2013 FOR MAIL SERVICES.

Hello ravi12,
Please, check in Policy Manager Console > Settings Advanced view, that policy F-Secure > F-Secure Internet Shield > Settings > Firewall Engine > Stateful Inspection Level is set to its default value RFC.
If this is not the case, please, contact support. We will, probably, need Internet Shield debug logs and packet/Wireshark logs from one of affected machines for investigation.

Thanks the issue has been resolved for normal mail, but the issue is still there for the official mail(mail sent with use of i-key).
