Client cannot send update virus defintion information to PM

I have a PM 12.4 and client security 12.31
Client can update virus defintion succesfully from PM 12.4. However , client virus defintion date information shown from PM 12.4 console is not update. Client cannot sent update information or PM cannot get update information from client.
And I also cannot found and add new client from PM 12.4 list.
Firewall has be disabled also cannot get information. Please help. Thanks.

Hello Nelson,
CS uses http protocol for downloading virus definitions from PM, and https for receiving policies and sending statistics. Please, make sure that PM <-> CS communication over https is possible.
You may also find some hints in c:\ProgramData\F-Secure\Logs\fspmsupport\nrb.log.
