Software Updater databases are 7 days old.

Hello,

 

since last SWUP updates were released 2017-06-29, today we and our customers got PM alerts:

 

Security alert from F-Secure Policy Manager

Software Updater databases are 7 days old.

 

Probably tomorrow there will be a new alert ... 8 days ...

 

Could somebody fix this, please?

Same problem - virus definitions on the server (outdated).

Since Friday 07.07.2017 the Software Updater DB date is 06.07. If you have older one reported by PM, please, contact support. We'll need diagnostics information from your PM server for analysis.

Today FSPM 13.00 on Windows still shows Software Updater database release date as 2017. Nov. 20. Is there a problem causing this centrally on locally?

The latest database release date is 21.11.2017. Probably it can be shown as 20 in some time zones. We expect a new database to be published today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the quick response!

 

By the way, many years ago there was an (RSS?) feed, where F-Secure Lab published the list of changes to databases they released. Is that service still available? If yes, we wouldn't need to ask here, since it would be easy to compare the public net feed data with the date value visible in the F-Secure PM Console.
