Hello, is it possible to use Client Security Premium without an Windows Domäne? The Client Security is only available as a jar Download for using it with the Policy Manager. And it looks like the Policy Manager works only with Windows Domäns?

Yes, it is possible. You can use "Push install to Windows hosts" in Policy Manager Console > Installation tab to install the product on any host, regardless is this host a member of a domain or a workgroup. You can also export MSI installation package on the same tab, and use it to install the product on any host.
