Editing the ALERT message's HEADER and/or BODY sent/forwarded by FSPM?

Hi,

 

In FSPM there is a simple configuration for editing message headers when configuring FSCS-clients to send their alert with SMTP.

But when sending Server Alerts or forwarding clients alerts from FSPM with email, I couldn't find any way to edit the (default) messages header or body information. Is this possible?

 

would be helpful in automating workflows in the receiving end at various servicedesk and monitoring software...

Hi Matti,

 

No, you cannot configure email templates for PM alerts. They are hard-coded and there were no plans make them editable.
