Upgrade will not start

we have some old installations with Antivirus for Workstation 11.60. I select the client, choose policy-based installation and install client security 12.30. Thena I've distributed the policy. Everything looks good. The client got the new policy and the Timestamp is updated.

But the installation does not start.


Policy Manager Version: 12.40

I can reach the policy manager via web interface.


What can I do? Is there a logfile for upgrades?

    Hello Jens,


    Please, contact support. We will need diagnostic information from affected host for investigation.

    As a workaround, you can export the CS 12.31 MSI, and install it on affected machines manually or using group policy.

    When I want to export the package, an error message is shown: Package cannot be exported. Try it again or show details in protocol.


    After a restart of the policy-manager server I can start an export for a short time.
