Cannot PING from one VLAN to Another

We are currently facing some connectivity issues with F-Secure Firewall connectivity.  We are unable to ping from one vLan to another. However, we can once we allow all traffic via F-secure.

Appreciate if you could assist us in sorting out these issues

 

Environment :

 

Windows 2016 Server OS

F-Secure Policy Manager  :V 12.40.8

Server Security Version   : V 12.11

Client Security                      :V 12.31

    Hello GCCSTAT,

     

    In default Firewall profile (Office) incoming pings are disabled. Did you try to create a Firewall rule, which enables pings in both directions?

    yes I have tried it. But this happens to only one VLAN. which is Wireless VLAN. I can ping to other vlans like ipphone, servers, switches networks from my PC.

    Please, contact support. We will need Firewall debug logs collected on affected machine for investigation.
