F-secure blacklisting many websites until Windows have been updated

Hello,

We have had users who has experienced that pretty much all websites they tried to access would be blocked by F-Secure, saying the website has been blacklisted and that we need to add an exception for F-secure to access it. After fully updating their Windows 10 machine, the issue is fully gone. Does F-Secure check if Windows is updated and blocks websites if it is not?

No, Client Security doesn't have such functionality.

If you want us to investigate the reason, please, contact support. We will need diagnostics information from affected machine.

Hello,

Windows clients have F-Secure Client Security Premium, newest version I assume, I don't see anywhere in the program where you can see exact version number.

F-Secure Policy Manager Server on our server is v. 12.40.81153. I see it says there's a new update available, we will most likely update to that soon.
