Dear support team !

i have one issue about the statistic feature of F-Secure Business Suite Premium, when we check the statistic display that:

Scanned:

+ File: 6853

+ Not scanned: 0

Result:

+ Virus: 1

+ Spyware: 3

+ Suspicious items: 0

+ Risware: 0

Actions:

+ Disinfected: 0

+ Rename: 0

+ Deleted: 0

+ Quarantined: 0

+ failed: 0

F-Secure has scanned and find virus and spyware but the deleted is 0, my question is does F-Secure has deleted viruses and this spyware? why the statistic of Delete is 0

Thank you !20170830_103951.jpg

    Hi Arsjupiter,

Are you still having this issue with the scan report? If yes, please run a new full system scan and once it is completed, submit a fsdiag to the SAS page for the labs to analyze further.

Please check this option 'I want to give more details about this sample and to be notified of the analysis results' and enter the information to get in touch with the labs.

    Hello,

If the malware is found inside a compressed file (ZIP, RAR, etc.) or an e-mail database like .PST, then F-Secure will detect it but not touch it in any way.

The user will have to manually find and delete the particular e-mail or unpack the archive file and delete the bad file and then re-pack the remaining files into a new archive.

    Best Regards: Tamas Feher, Hungary.

    Hello Arsjupiter,

Detailed information about detected malware is present in "Result" section of the report.

Detection time is present in the header of the report.

Could you please, provide the screenshot which contains the top of problematic report and Result section?

    Best regards,

    Vad
