the server no longer receives the updates

We have a Ubuntu server who run the policy manager server. The problem was he doesn't get any update so he doesn't deliver it to the client. The solution that we find was to shutdown the server to force client to get update from the internet server of F-secure.

What are the:

- F-Secure Software versions?

- Operating system versions (client and server)?

- Type of connection to the public net?

F-secure software version : 12.40

Operating system version : we have some PC in windows 7 and some in windows 10. The server was an Ubuntu 16.04

Connection : We have Fiber

Manually resetting AUA and AUS database repositories in Linux

after a week the server does not receive the update so the problem was not solved with this solution

In order to better investigate this issue, could you open a support ticket including an fsdiag of the affected Server?
