F-Secure workstation security stopped updating itself and virus definitions

How do I fix that on local and remote computers

Hello _ArSo_,

 

From your screenshot i can see that F-Secure Scanner Manager update installation had failed on this machine for some reason. Automatic update agent (AUA) reset tool may help to fix this issue. Please, contact support.

Thanks, already tried that a few times but in the end I had to reinstall and it fixed it for now.
