Policy Manager 12.40 can I manage already installed clients over the internet?

Hello,

 

Does anyone know if I can manage mobile users with Client Security Premium over the internet? The client is already installed on the device. The url of the PMS stays the same internally and externally.

 

If yes, which ports need to be opened? 80/81?

Yes, it is possible. You have to open both host module ports (80 and 443 by default).
