F-Secure Policy Manager Console cannot start: internal error.

Hello there,

We've just migrated a server that we were managing on Cloud to manage again locally, but then when I attempt to acess it says this message below:

On administrator.error.log it appears this message:

FSPMS was on 13.10 and FSPMC on 13.11. I've downgraded the PMC to 13.10 and upgraded PMS to 13.11 but it didn't work aswell.

Do you guys could help me with anything?
