Problem with SCP2

Hi All,

Am using F-Secure SSH Client 5.4 build in my box & am trying to copy files using SCP2 via proxy server

using GUI i can able to do tat with public key but having very tough time to achieve the same in command

can someone pls shed sum light on how to achieve the file tranfer using SCP2 command with proxy server settings

Note:

Am using SOCKS5
