Server Security alert forwarding to event viewer
I am trying to configure alert forwarding from Policy manager. I want to forward alerts (severity error, fatal error, security alerts) to event viewer (i suppose they mean Windows event log?) but in which log are they supposed to show up? I cannot find any log entries in any windows event log that i have been looking in.

Another question. From the policy manager manual this can be read about alert forwarding:
"The target can be Policy Manager Console, the local user interface, an alert agent (such as the Event viewer, a log file, or SMTP), or a management extension."
If you want to forward to a log file, how do you do that?

In Windows Application log on the client machine.

Use "Local user interface" column to configure the alerts which will be shown in a log file. The log file is located here: Program Files (x86)\F-Secure\Common\logfile.log
