Computet Protection - Your computer is not protected

Hi,

I installed F-Secure Computer Protection and i have problem because the message is displayed "your computer is not protected" and "protection malfunction. Please restart your computer" i restert computer but it doesnt help. I uninstall product and install again but it doesnt work and displayed the same alert. I dont use another anit virus and security software. I use F-Secure Uninstallation tool to fully remove and installation start again but dosten help. I send case to support but cant help i this topic. Smiley Sad
