PSB API + Excel

Hello All

 

We are trying to use Excel - Power Query - to get data from PSB using the API.

 

we put in the key + URL but we are getting an error.

 

 

any advice would be appreciated.

Hello,

It seems that Power Query does not support REST API (according to https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Introduction-to-Microsoft-Power-Query-for-Excel-6E92E2F4-2079-4E1F-BAD5-89F6269CD605).

But it should be possible for you to terminate the REST API, extract the JSON content and input to Power Query.

We have not made an integration with Power Query, so that is just our understanding.

Please let the community know if this approach works.

Will the REST API work with Power Shell, if it doesn’t  work with Power Query?

 

If  so, then do they have code for that?
