Freedome For Business - unlock android passcode from psb portal

Hello.

Is there any possibilty to unlock this phone (below is typical android passcode screen) by psb portal?

In this phone I have agent and freedome for business

I tired use command reset password in psb portal but it not work

Hi,

Usually the unlocking code is visible on device detail page on PSB portal.
Click the device name and find "Generated passcode" on the top row.
If the passcode doesn't appear on the page, please contact F-Secure business support.
