Is there any way to force Computer Protection to get newly assigned profile instead of waiting 15-20min for it to auto sync?
Hi,
Assigning new profile should take seconds if computer is online, not minutes.
And you can force it by pressing "Check for updates" from tray context menu.
You can also try sending action "Send full status update" - that causes all information to be updated right away (in order to do that, select your device in portal and click "Send full status update")
