How to uninstall corrupted F-Secure PSB Server Security completely

Hello,

 

I tried to uninstall F-Secure PSB Server Security with control panel but i have this error message : "Error initializing PostInstall.exe: some components are missing. Try to reinstall the products."

 

I tried to install the last release (12.10. build 284) but the server doesn't appaer on the Web Console, even after reboot.

 

I tried to uninstall F-Secure PSB Server Security completely with UninstallationTool.exe - a --server command which i found on this topic : https://community.f-secure.com/t5/Business/how-to-uninstall-corrupted-F/td-p/85086 but i have this error message : "This tool is not supported on your Operating System. Please refer to the release notes for more informaion". I try on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter x64 and on Windows Server 2016 Datacenter x64.

 

Is it possible to have a compatible tool on those operating systems ?

    Hello jrgu,

     

    1. Please, make sure, that you are using Uninstallation tool 3.00.2780

    2. The correct command line is UninstallationTool.exe -a --server
