Freedome for business subscription not working

Hi.

I'm trying to install Freedome for business. After installation, i look into the subscription screen and it shows "initializing" but doesn't go further. It is stuck/frozen.

 

How can i get the app to proceed with registering the subscription? Can i send a screenshot to you via email?
