Need to validate the key when i boot without internet connexion

Hi,

 

I'm running Workstation Security 12.01 under Windows 10 Pro.

In the fsecure management console, i can see that my computer is corretly registered.

 

When i start my laptop with a wired connection, everything is ok.

But if i start my laptop with no connexion, i always have this window asking me to end the installation and i need to validate my key.

It's very annoying. Does someone have a solution ?

Hello jeromemartin,

 

Something is wrong with your installation. Normally this should not happen. Please, try to uninstall the product using F-Secure Uninstallation tool, and install it back at the moment when you have wired connection in place.

If this will not help, please, contact support.
