F SECURE BLOCKING MY INTERNET CONNECTION

Hello All,

I am having problems with my F-secure malware protector. When the malware protector is on, it prevents all applications from accessing the internet including outlook and chrome; But when I switch it off the apps can connect to the internet.

How can I mitigate this problem?

Thanks for reaching out. I am using HP zbook 15u G5 laptop; The OS is windows 10 pro 64bit; The F-secure solution is Computer Protection 19.1 F-Secure One Client (PSB) 4.01.168.

Sounds a little be strange! Maybe it is good to know more information about your situation:

->> what is your device and OS? Is it mobile phone or laptop, desktop? Windows, Android, Mac?

->> what is your F-Secure solution? And maybe version?
