Computer Protection Firewall

Hi,

Recently my computers updrades to Computer protection. I turn on windows firewall by GPO and activate use firewall on f-secure portal. But in my portal I see computer setting that firewall is turn on. Computer protection does not recognised the windows firewall. As I said windows firewall is turn on by gpo. I don know how to do in order to computer protecion portal recognised that windows firewall is tun on.

In other hand, I send an order like full status update o scan for missing software update but Computer proteccion doe not do nothing. I have tried to change profile and it work but other order does not.

Please help me becouse i have many computer without firewall.

Hello,

We have a bug in firewall status detection when it's managed by GPO. We are releasing hotfix right now to fix it so hopefully it should be fixed in 1-2 days. Note, that this is more cosmetical issue, not security issue - your firewall is enabled (if you check on your machine) and it's only reported as "disabled by GPO".

About other issues - can you collect fsdiag and send it to me in PM, I can check why actions don't work.
