F-Secure Computer Protection 19.2 VDI deployment issues

I am running into an issue with my VDI deployment of Computer Protection 19.2

The install works fine but when anyone tries to RDP into one of the machines the first loggin attempt fails.

After the first attempt fails it will allow me to connect. I am not sure if this is an issue with the VDI but it only seems to happen after I install Computer Protection which I have troubleshooted multiple times. I have spent weeks trying to find a solution with F-Secure and they have not run into this issue before so I am reaching out on the forums to see if anyone else has had this issue or may know a fix.
