Scheduling scan and report
Hello,
I have the F-Secure portal, i able all my clients on it.
I programmed a scan for all my customers, but i wanted to know if it's possible to generate a report after this scan.
I receive an email when a file is blocked by f-secure but after a scan i don't know if the antivirus has been launched or there is an infection.

How can we know if a scan isn't started?
For example if a computer has been off for a week, or if the scan is disabled for a single computer?

Hello,
You can see time of last connection for device to portal - this should show you if client is connecting or if it's offline.
In device details view you also can see last scan report and there you can see when last scan has happened.
As for notifications, you can configure periodic weekly or monthly reports which will contain this data
