Trying to change subscription keys in portal but getting error.

I'm running into "One device has been excluded because it is not supported for this operation"
Trying to change our two DC subscription from Computer Protection Premium and RDR > Server Protection Premium and RDR in the portal.

Hi NinjaLee,Premium products contain certain components, such as software updater, that are not installed at all if using standard installer. For hosts to be upgraded to premium, the software needs to be reinstalled for this reason.Please uninstall the current standard version and run the installer using the premium license key.Let me know if it all works as expected and if you need any further help.Thanks.0
