Hi. One of our customer use Brother's Printers with manufacturer default software. He is protected by F-Secure PSB Computer Protection and it identifies the software "C:\Program Files (x86)\ControlCenter4\BrCcBoot.exe" as an infection "Zero-to-0" with this summary: "An overwriting 403 byte virus of no particular interest. Infected programs must be deleted." This situation occurs in several PCs so I find lots of infections messages every day. I could exclude the file from the scanning in the profile definition, but I think this is not the right way, because the "brccboot.exe" is a standard application from a global manufacturer. I searched the knowledge base and the forum, but found nothing. Could you give me some advice? Thanks in advance.
