Post-February 2020 patching of Windows 7 computers with F-Secure PSB Software Updater?

Dear Sirs,

If a Windows 7 computer runs F-Secure PSB CP 19.9, will the "Software Updater" module support installation of post-February 2020 Windows Update patches? (Officially, Microsoft Corp. is only providing those hotfixes to customers with extra "ESU" subscription purchase plan.)
