Client Installation Upgrade not working

I try on my client in PMC: Installation -> Upgrade -> Choose the 15.11 installation package and enter all information (Ugprade from 14.10

After that I send the policy and then the progress hangs in progress. All other Upgrade functions are working properly.

I don't see any errors on the client log files. What's wrong or were can I deep digger for debugging?
