Capricorn database outdated on some clients

Hello F-Secure Team, Hello Community,

we are using F-Secure Client Security Premium 13.10/11.

During the analysis of our clients we have

noticed that there are some clients

that use old Capricorn databases.

When an update is performed, the client replies that everything is

ok and the update was successful.

But the state of the Capricorn database is still outdated.

What is the reason for this? How can we fix this?

Is it possible to update the database via the Policy Manager?

With kind regards

Ole

    Hi Ole

Please create a support ticket using the link and provide FSDiag from affected client and Policy Manager

Follow these steps to create the FSDIAG log file:

    - Click Start.

    - Select All Programs > (Your F-Secure product) > Support Tool. The Support Tool window is displayed.

    - Click OK. The tool starts gathering information. It creates the output file on your desktop. The name of the archive file is fsdiag.tar.gz.

    - Please attach the file to the case
