My purchased new license now i have different customer ID and different versions numbers of products, F-Secure Policy Manager is in offline environment there are instructions how to update: https://community.f-secure.com/discussion/107719/how-to-register-f-secure-policy-manager-which-is-in-an-isolated-or-offline-environment, but do i need to update my old version to mach new license version and what to do with different customer ID ?

If you got a new Customer ID, please contact support so we can create a new offline token for you.
How to obtain Customer and Installation ID:
Once support has provided you with an offline registration file, use the following steps to activate it on your Policy Manager Server

Linux:
F-Secure Policy Manager will be activated until the expiry of your current subscription. After renewing the subscription you need to request a new registration token from support. Make sure to do this some time in advance so that you don't end up with an expired Policy Manager Server.
