Client Security virus definition outdated
Hi,
On my computer I've got an old Client Security product (installed in 2014) that I never changed because it was working well and updating.
But now, after being absent for a while, it tells me that I need to update my definitions, but when I go to "check for updates", it tells me that my product is up to date. I've got this for a week or so.
I've tried the reset tool from your guide but it gets an error, I guess it doesn't work on client security.
I don't want to uninstall it because I don't have any license key with me anymore, and I don't know if reinstalling it will keep my current license...
Can you help in any way ?

I have the same issue on all my clients and server products this morning. Since 7th October they didn't received new patterns through the Policy Manager. The Policy Manager also shows that the latest version is from Friday.
Please advice.

Solved: According to https://dbtracker.f-secure.com/?platform=Windows_x64 the second latest update was on Friday and since a hour there is a new one available.

I am a home user now, but this computer was for business when I purchased the license.
I don't know how to see which license I have now, but I installed it in 2014
