Inconsistent OneDrive accounts

M365 tenant has more user accounts with OneDrive for Business licenses that are shown in Elements portal Cloud Services OneDrive tab.

Element portal also shows OneDrive on one user which has only Exchange Online (Plan 1) license and thus does not have OneDrive for Business.

Any ideas what is causing these inconsistensies and how to correct them?
