Please be informed that our R&D has managed to find the root cause of the issue and working on a fix. In the meanwhile, the workaround is downloading the installer using the following link:

https://download.sp.f-secure.com/PSB/latest/installer/ElementsAgentOfflineInstaller.msi

https://download.sp.f-secure.com/PSB/latest/installer/ElementsAgentInstaller.exe
