Could not install the following update: F-Secure Ultralight Core (64-bit)
Hi all,
Recently three of my clients have the following message:
Details: Could not install the following update: F-Secure Ultralight Core (64-bit) 2023-07-06_01 (F-Secure Client Security).
And these are constantly being emailed that it is not being updated.
I already put the hotfix on 1 of them which can be found here:
https://community.withsecure.com/en/kb/articles/29714-changes-in-support-on-microsoft-windows-minimum-patch-level and force a data base update sync, but nothing.
And the other two no hotfix yet.
What should I do to get this resolved?
I'm just afraid that soon there will be more that the Ultralight Core will not be updated.
Thank you in advance,
Karlo

Hi @BoneBreaker23 , can you please clarify which updates were you unable to install ?
Did you perform the following two missing dependencies on your machine and check again?- Installation of security patches released by Microsoft in September and October 2021:KB5022661—Windows support for the Azure Code Signing program - Microsoft Support
- Installation of the 'Microsoft Identity Verification Root Certificate Authority 2020' CA certificate.
