We consulted with our R&D team, and they confirmed that we have not tested usage of Let's Encrypt certificates with Element Connector ourselves. As such, we cannot provide full support for scenarios beyond simply importing the certificate into the Connector keystore as instructed here.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, but in summary, our support is limited to the import step given our current testing scope with Let's Encrypt certificates. We apologize that we cannot provide full documentation or assistance with extended usage cases at this time.
