Hello,

We have an issue with F-secure CLient Security for macOS and Firefox ESR;

Sometimes , the tab/new tab freeze like a timeout and nothing happens. We need to close/open FIrefox multiple times to make it work then the problem can appear again later.

We observed a process fsavd which use a lot the CPU.

No issue with Safari and Chrome.

Anyone has encounter this issue ?

We kindly request that you contact our WIthSecure support team and provide us with the debug fsdiag logs. This will enable us to pinpoint the exact root cause of the issue. Meanwhile, we recommend attempting the workaround by excluding the path /Applications/Firefox Developer Edition.app from real-time scanning and verifying if it resolves the high CPU issue.
