hello, I get this error message when I try to install my Security Premium 16.00 Client. Can you help me? Thank you

"The Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. Error 2502 Error 2503"

    Thank you for reaching out to the WithSecure Community!

    Follow the steps to fix the installation issue of WIthSecure Server Security:

    1. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\Temp
    2. Right-click on Temp folder and select Properties
    3. Click on Security tab
    4. Under Group or User name, click Edit and Click Add
    5. At Enter the object name to select, enter the current-user and click check name
    6. Confirm with OK
    7. Under Group or User name, find the current user just added and click to select
    8. Allow Full Control to the current user just added
    9. Click OK
    10. Click Apply
    11. Click OK
