With the recent CVEs on "Dell Command Update" we are having trouble updating from Patch Management. All our Dell computers are getting the same errors across different companys and models.

Most likely the Software Updater feature is unable to reach the software vendor's download site for the software update. It could be blocked by the proxy/firewall, and you should whitelist the connectivity to the download site. We do not host the software updates on our backend. To find out the download site for the software update, you can remotely collect wsdiag from the respective device and share it with us, following the guidelines documented in the following article: https://community.withsecure.com/en/kb/articles/5680-how-to-make-a-request-for-a-remote-fsdiag-for-withsecure-elements-endpoint-protection-products
We can help review the logs to find the download sites.
